We strive to ensure that every print order meets your expectations. If, for any reason, the specifications of the product you receive do not match your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition and quantity.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process for Return:

  1. Contact us and explain the reason for the return before initiating the return process. In some cases, we will reprint and send you without the need to return the item.
  2. Provide details of the discrepancy between the received product and your order.
  3. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the discrepancy.
  5. If the return is approved, we will reprint and send you replacement.

Exclusions:

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
